The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service both in person and on the telephone. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail. I also appreciated the option of having rooms with two separate beds, which was perfect for my needs. The breakfast offered a good selection and was a great way to start the day.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was pleasant and I couldn't find any major issues.

We had a great time in this hotel during our city trip. The food was amazing with many interesting foam options, and the menu had plenty to choose from. The English menu was a plus. Additionally, the hotel had a nice garden where we enjoyed some pre-dinner drinks. The service was also excellent, and the staff was very accommodating.

The hotel had a few downsides, for example, the lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry our heavy suitcases up the steep stairs. Also, the air was a bit stuffy, and the room could get quite warm, but opening the windows made it too noisy due to the busy streets outside. Finally, the hotel breakfast was not very impressive, and the value for money was not great, with prices being quite high compared to other hotels in the area.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is so convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The staff is friendly and cute. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a healthy selection of Swiss bread, homemade jams, cured meats, and cheeses. The hotel and my room were both spotlessly clean. I also appreciated the facilities provided by the hotel like parking and transportation.
